At each college and university here in New Jersey that are members of Engage NJ, there are literally hundreds of students who are gaining real-world experiences that develop essential soft skills over time. This happens when students volunteer in community settings and get involved in things like service learning that connects students’ education to real-world challenges.
WHAT'S THE SOLUTION THAT ENGAGENJ IS PROVIDING?
Employers are looking for a thriving workforce, so let’s connect them with you! Engage NJ will do this through a printed publication to be shared with our network and partners. Finally, we will use email and social media campaigns to maximize our reach.
WHO IS
ELIGIBLE?

Students graduating this year who have demonstrated skills and competencies to thrive in life and work
-
Students who are Bonners, Multi-year, civic engagement students such as Civic Scholars, ENACTUS students, Honors students, PTK or other similar groups
-
Students who have completed 1 or more service-learning (community-engaged learning) courses and/or 40+ hrs volunteering/community engagement

Students who are willing, if invited, to speak with a delegation of businesses convened by Engage NJ
